How do I add a new question and answer?

To add new FAQs, follow these steps:

1. Click the 'Manage Questions'
2. From your site dashboard, click 'Add Question' and add a new question and answer
3. Each new question must be assigned to a category
4. Then click 'Save' and then click 'Publish'.

You can always edit your questions and answers, change the order and select other categories.

Can I add an image, video or gif to my questions?

Yes. To add media you need to follow these steps:

1. Go to the app's settings
2. Click 'Manage questions'
3. Create or select the question you want to add media to
4. When editing your answer, click the video, image or GIF icon
5. Add media from your library and click 'Save'.

How can I edit or delete the title?

Accepted Answer

You can change the title of the frequently asked questions in the formats. If you do not want to display the title, you can easily disable it under 'Information'.
